Independent Director of SiPearl, Ian Jenks was elected Chairman of the Board, comprising 5 other members: Philippe Notton, CEO & Founder, Jean-Michel Deligny, Advisor to CEO, Wayne Liang, Independent Director, Nicolas Berdou, representing French Tech Souveraineté (FTS) and Emmanuel Le Roux, representing Eviden. SiPearl Board of Directors also includes 3 Observers: Mohamed Awad and Dan Hunter, representing ARM, Maxime Pawlowski, representing the European Investment Bank (EIB).

Ian Jenks has over 30 years’ experience as CEO of companies operating in the USA and Europe, and as a board member in the industrial technology sector. He is currently Chairman of the Board and CEO of the US listed company SmartKem, Inc.
