The SiPearl Board of Directors is chaired by Ian Jenks, an Independent Director. Ian Jenks has over 30 years of experience as CEO of companies operating in the US and Europe, as well as on the boards of technology companies. He is currently Chairman of the Board and CEO of US-listed SmartKem, Inc.
The Board consisted of 5 other members: Philippe Notton, CEO and Founder, Jean-Michel Deligny, Advisor to CEO, Wayne Liang, Independent Director, Nicolas Berdou, representing Bpifrance Investissement and Emmanuel Leroux, representing Eviden. The Board also has 3 observers: Dermot O’Driscoll and Dan Hunter representing Arm, and Maxime Pawlowski representing the European Investment Bank (EIB).
