Jean-Luc Gilbert

With his expertise in the management and financing of international companies of all sizes, particularly in the semiconductor industry, Jean-Luc Gilbert is responsible for supporting the structuring and development of the company, which is in the process of industrialising its first product and designing the next generations. He is also in charge of investor relations.

Prior to joining SiPearl, Jean-Luc was the Administrative and Financial Director of Aledia, a start-up company with over 200 employees specialising in microLED technologies, where he excelled in setting up institutional financing and banking relationships.

Previously, he held various positions as Head of Financial Control and Management Control within the LSE listed group Britvic Soft Drink and the Franco-Italian semiconductor leader STMicroelectronics.

He is a member of the Executive Committee.

Jean-Luc holds a DESCF (post-graduate diploma in accounting and finance).
