Passionate about high technology and fast-changing environments, Philippe Notton has spent his entire career in the multimedia, semiconductor and security industries. In France, UK and US, he has worked both for leading groups (Thomson, Canal+, LSI Logic, STMicroelectronics, Atos) and for a successful start-up, MStar Semiconductor, sold in 2012 to MediaTek for $4 billion.

In 2015, while managing a division of the STMicroelectronics group employing 2,400 engineers, Philippe came up with the vision behind SiPearl. In 2017, he joined Atos where he helped launch the European Processor Initiative (EPI) consortium, whose aim is to encourage the return of high-performance processor technologies to Europe. In June 2019, Philippe created SiPearl with the support of the European Union.

Philippe Notton is a Supélec engineer and holds an Executive MBA from ESSEC and Mannheim.
