As an Independent Director of SiPearl, Ian Jenks was elected Chairman of the Board of Directors, which is consisted of 5 other members: Philippe Notto, CEO and Founder, Jean-Michel Deligny, Advisor to CEO, Wayne Liand, Independant Director, Nicolas Berdou, representing Bpifrance Investissement and Emmanuel Leroux, representing Eviden.
The Board of SiPearl also has 3 observers: Dermot O’Driscoll and Dan Hunter, representing ARM, and Maxime Pawlowski, representing the European Investment Bank (EIB).

Ian Jenks has a record of more than 30 years of board-level experience in European and American companies in the technology industry. He is currently Chairman and CEO of the US listed company SmartKem, Inc.
