IT Support Technician (M/F)
RESPONSIBILITIES
SiPearl is looking for IT Support Technicians.
Reporting to the IT team manager, you will oversee:
- User L1 help desk: answer to all Jira tickets from many sites.
- User account setup: Linux, windows, VPN, system right managements.
- Windows PC setup: installation and remote configuration.
- Hardware maintenance for PC.
- Data center servers / network maintenance with Application and Network team.
LOCATION
Job opportunity in France (Maisons-Laffitte, Reims, Sophia-Antipolis)
REQUIREMENTS
You are or you have:
- Software stack: Redhat Linux, Windows PC clients
- 3 years’ experience in this field
- Office use (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
