Finance & Business Analyst (M/F)
SiPearl designs the high-performance, low-power microprocessor for the European exascale supercomputers, bringing to life the European Processor Initiative (EPI) consortium project. This new generation of microprocessors will help ensure Europe’s technological sovereignty on the strategic markets of high performance computing, artificial intelligence and connected mobility.

SiPearl is currently consolidating its growth by expanding its accounting and finance group and opening a finance and business analyst position.
The position is based in Maisons-Laffitte, greater Paris area, France.
MissionS
Reporting directly into the SiPearl Group CFO, you will:
- Help further design and maintain the business plan
- Take part in cash runway forecast and analyses
- Take part in designing finance processes and implementing new, advanced systems
- Help manage foreign exchange transactions and optimize forecast and output
- Be involved in short-and-long term debt initiatives
Qualifications and skills required
You are or you have:
- have 3-5 year experience in transaction services, corporate M&A or financial control in a challenging environment
- are proficient in both oral and written English: it is the language most frequently used on the job to accommodate our 13 nationalities.
- Are comfortable working with a large chunk of autonomy in your daily job while being part of a broader team
Profile:
- MS degree in economics / major in finance and/or controlling
- Ideally, elements of international exposure such as but not limited to work experience abroad, student exchange program,
- Ability to deal with elements of surprise
Proven track-record in adapting to a changing environment - Excellent team player: mindful about own missions while supportive of others in the team.
