Utiliza los microprocesadores de SiPearl y los aceleradores RISC-V de Semidynamics, y est\u00e1 pensada para implementarse de forma reproducible. Constituir\u00e1 una base s\u00f3lida para los servicios de computaci\u00f3n en la nube, la investigaci\u00f3n y las implementaciones comerciales europeas que se consideran esenciales para los servicios digitales federados por Gaia-X.<\/p>\n<p>Para mantener la competitividad en el marco del Pacto Verde Europeo, OpenCUBE sit\u00faa la eficiencia energ\u00e9tica en el centro de su Sin embargo, aunque este aluvi\u00f3n de datos abre el camino a importantes avances cient\u00edficos, tambi\u00e9n plantea un problema crucial: dado que las tecnolog\u00edas digitales actuales no permiten procesarlo, algunos descubrimientos importantes podr\u00edan pasar desapercibidos.<\/p>\n<p>El objetivo de ODISSEE es responder a las necesidades de las comunidades cient\u00edficas del HL-LHC del CERN y del SKAO mediante el procesamiento de datos en tiempo real con ayuda de la IA y de algoritmos frugales y flexibles. Para demostrar la eficacia de este m\u00e9todo, ODISSEE trabajar\u00e1 en la especificaci\u00f3n de un proyecto piloto que combine el uso de datos del HL-LHC y del SKAO para investigar la naturaleza objetivo la investigaci\u00f3n, el dise\u00f1o y la puesta en marcha de un laboratorio de validaci\u00f3n de sistemas de I+D de \u00faltima generaci\u00f3n en Catalu\u00f1a (Espa\u00f1a), especializado en la validaci\u00f3n funcional, energ\u00e9tica e interoperabilidad de CPU de alto rendimiento y bajo consumo, as\u00ed como en sistemas inform\u00e1ticos avanzados (nodos de c\u00e1lculo), destinados a aplicaciones de HPC et de IA.<\/p>\n<p>Este laboratorio ser\u00e1 fundamental para consolidar la presencia de SiPearl en Espa\u00f1a y garantizar la continuidad industrial de los resultados de los proyectos europeos estrat\u00e9gicos en los que ya participan nuestros equipos, como la European Processor Initiative (EPI) o los proyectos en la nube HIGHER, RISER, AERO y href=\"https:\/\/eurohpc-ju.europa.eu\/index_en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">EuroHPC<\/a> en enero de 2022, la fase 2 de la European Processor Initiative (EPI) tiene como objetivos principales:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>reforzar la competitividad y el liderazgo de la industria y la ciencia europeas,<\/li>\n<li>desarrollar tecnolog\u00edas de microprocesadores europeos con relaciones de rendimiento y potencia mejores que las de la competencia,<\/li>\n<li>abordar segmentos importantes de los mercados m\u00e1s amplios y\/o emergentes de la HPC y el big data.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>En concreto, se trata de impulsar el desarrollo del microprocesador europeo destinado a los futuros supercompudadores europeos de exaescala, aplicando, sobre la base de Rhea1, mejoras tecnol\u00f3gicas como el aumento del n\u00famero de n\u00facleos y del ancho de banda de la memoria, o la incorporaci\u00f3n de aceleraci\u00f3n y bloques de propiedad intelectual a medida.<\/p>\n<p>Paralelamente, los socios se centran en el desarrollo de un est\u00e1ndar de plataforma com\u00fan y abierta destinado a interconectar eficazmente los microprocesadores y los aceleradores, implementando la coherencia de
