Ying-Chih Yang

Chief Technical Officer

Expert in complex system-on-chip development, Ying-Chih Yang is the lead architect for the high-performance, low-power microprocessor Rhea developed by SiPearl.

He has an extensive track record working closely with Philippe Notton. Together, they have driven successful endeavors at MStar Semiconductor, a Taiwan-based startup specialised in set-top boxes for pay-television and STMicroelectronics’ Consumer division.

Prior to joining SiPearl, Ying-Chih was Global Architect with Atos from July 2018, in charge of the design of the high-performance architecture for the future European microprocessor.

Ying-Chih has a dual French-Taiwanese background. He holds a Master in Electronic Engineering from National Chiao-Tung University in Taiwan.
