Product Marketing Manager (M/F)
SiPearl is looking for a Product Marketing Manager to consolidate our growth !
RESPONSIBILITIES
Your tasks :
- Manage all aspects of product marketing from new product introduction through end of product life both internally with all factory stakeholders and externally by interfacing directly with customers and sales teams worldwide. Specifically:
- Possess in-depth understanding of customer requirements, market trends and financial objectives and synthesize them into a cohesive and actionable product line strategy
- Possess an understanding of semiconductors and server microprocessors, operating systems, embedded system debuggers, embedded processing applications and server system requirements
- Prepare and present a compelling product offering to field and customers incorporating SiPearl’s distinctive differentiation
- Collaborate with sales, FAEs, vertical market business teams, and system architects to drive awareness of SiPearl processor capabilities, as well as demonstrate the value of these solutions
- Present SiPearl solutions, products and technologies to customers, at industry events and trade shows
- Participate in industry consortiums for further market understanding and advocate for SiPearl
- Must possess strong customer focus, critical thinking capabilities, and excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Must exhibit sound business judgment and the ability to work as part of a high-performance team in a fast-paced environment with multiple cross-functional teams are critical for success. This position will include some travel for customer/field interaction
LOCATION

REQUIREMENTS
You are or you have:
- University degree (4 years or +) in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent
- 10+ years semiconductor experience including 5+ years of sales or marketing experience in the semiconductor industry, with a proven track record
- Experience interfacing with customers and in identification of customer needs, as well as an understanding of customer focused design practices

- Advanced degree (> 4 years) in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent
- Advanced degree in Business, in addition to your technical degree
- Proven experience in successfully bringing new technologies and/or business models to market and driving market adoption
- Familiarity with server processor, Server SW ecosystem, or HPC SW ecosystem
- Knowledge of CPUs, SoCs, accelerators (GPU, AI processors, FPGAs)
- Familiarity with servers and datacenters
