Laure Perfetti

Laure Perfetti’s career to date has been with STMicroelectronics, where she notably built an important network of contacts in the semiconductor sector, both in France and internationally.

Before joining SiPearl, Laure was Human Resources Business Partner in the microcontrollers and digital ICs group. She had responsibility for two product and support functions divisions with 1,100 employees worldwide, distinguishing herself by supporting managers in the implementation of the corporate human resources policy, the management of their teams, the identification and retention of talents as well as skills development.

Laure is a member of the Executive Committee.

She holds a Master 2 in Strategic Human Resources Management from IAE Grenoble.
